Here’s what you’ll focus on:
Leads cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end.
Connects workstreams including Transaction Management, Project Management and Workplace Services/Facilities.
Management and ensure all functions adhere to time and to budget.
Addresses issues by troubleshooting, resolving or acting as an escalation point.
Documents new and updating existing processes and provides training as needed.
Facilitates the development of a charter and integrated timeline.
Conducts regular project status meetings to review project pipeline.
Accountable for program competition against client set deadlines and requirements.
Your background:
Tertiary qualifications in a property related field and/or previous experience in a commercial property role.
Qualifications and experience in Program or Project Management.
Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
Process driven, analytical with ability to cut through complexity.
