Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Stratham, New Hampshire

Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a role based in Stratham, New Hampshire. This position is part of our customer service team and will involve handling incoming calls, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining customer records. The role offers a contract employment opportunity and is a vital part of our operations in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

• Collaborate with other teams to establish protocols for new clinics, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.

• Maintain customer records, updating account information as necessary to ensure accurate and up-to-date details.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.

• Use your skills in Microsoft Excel for data entry and management.

• Utilize your skills in multi-tasking to handle multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.

• Use your skills in communication and customer service to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

• Answer inbound calls, providing high-quality service to each customer you interact with. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing data entry tasks

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve their queries

• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management software and other relevant computer applications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions

• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient handling of customer queries

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve shared goals

• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed

• High level of patience and empathy to deal with upset customers and turn their experience around

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with additional languages being a plus.
