Nightwing is a seeking an experienced and cleared IT Support Specialist in the Warrenton, VA area. This position provides IT support to manage the low side Customer network and to provide general IT support to the local team on either system. Assist Project Managers with coordinating equipment orders, scheduling travel and generating reports through the SQL database. Interface with Field Engineers to extrapolate data from other remote sources and augment the SQL database with information.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL databases

• Knowledge of Customer IT systems, security protocols and regulations

• Self-Starter able to work independently with little to no oversight

• Oral and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask; take on multiple actions and coordinate/close out actions with multiple stakeholders

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with MAXIMO SQL database design, report generation, maintenance and operation

• Knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and Project, plus Lotus Notes

Additional Requirements:

Travel: Up to 10% CONUS travel, as required

Experience Required: 6+ years

Education Level/Major: Bachelor’s degree

Typically requires:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Required Clearance:

Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one and be eligible for crossover.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
