Our client, in South Burlington, VT is seeking bindery production workers to join their team. As a bindery production worker, you will be part of the initial production team. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 40lbs, have effective communication skills and proven reliability and dependability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bindery Production Worker

Location: South Burlington, VT

Pay Range: 18.00 for day shift - 7am-3pm, 19.08 for second shift - 3pm-11pm, 19.80 for night shift - 11pm-7am

What’s the Job?

• Assist with the staging of products for new jobs

• Constantly Monitor the quality of the product including labels, immediately reporting issues to upper management.

• Replenish consumables (wrap, strapping, boxes, etc.)

• Sort mail, ensure proper disposition and counts of inserts

• Maintain clean and organized work area, identify potential safety hazards, utilize safety equipment as instructed

• Flexibility to provide back up coverage, OT if needed

• Bindery works every other Saturday
