Role Summary:

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you’ll play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable process. Your responsibilities will include accurate invoicing reconciliation, monitoring customer payments, and resolving billing discrepancies. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Payment Management

• Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve any invoice or payment-related issues.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively follow up on overdue invoices to expedite payment collection.

• Reconciliation

• Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger, investigating and resolving any variances.

• Review calculations for customer rebates, bonuses, commissions, and credit notes.

• Cash Application

• Accurately and promptly apply customer payments to their respective accounts in our accounting system.

• Reconcile payments received with invoices issued, addressing any discrepancies.

• Intercompany FI Recharge

• Compliance and Credit/Collateral Policies

• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and processes on an operational basis.

• Collaborate closely with the Credit Management Team (CMT) for customer credit period approvals and credit limit management.

• Audit Support

• B2B Buyer Fund Approval and Electronic Payment Guarantee:

• Manage electronic promissory notes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.

• Familiarity with SAP Hana is desirable.

• AICPA or other Finance/Accounting relevant certificates are highly preferred.
