CRM Systems Engineer (Remote) compensation: $120-125K An established firm is seeking a CRM Systems Engineer to join their team remotely. This person will be the first line of support for their CRM systems and ERM systems, will work on API integrations and will work heavily with T-SQL. YOUR CAREER GOALS The ideal candidate is motivated, adaptable and enjoys working with both technical and non-technical teammates POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Subject matter expert and first line of support for CRM systems and all related processes
• Take ownership of administrative level tasks for CRM systems
• Work as a member of a team to implement a new CRM system
• Participate in planning, development and implementation of upgrades, new modules, and related applications
• Investigate and resolve complicated technical issues
• Evaluate new products and tools as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with a CRM software platform
• Expert knowledge of SQL (T-SQL)
• Ability to quickly learn how to implement and manage new applications, systems etc
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Experience Management Systems
