Otak Inc. Project Controls Manager in Redmond, Washington

A leading NW Design/PM/CM firm is seeking a Project Controls Manager to help support their growth. Roles are primarily focused on transit and infrastructure in OR and WA areas. The position requires the ability to work on-site in the greater Portland or Seattle area.

The firm has a strong reputation in the industry for being innovative and committed to the communities they serve. We are seeking talent that have the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years full-time experience with Primavera (P6) is required. Preferably working full time as Scheduler for a General Contractor.
  • Mega project experience (over $500 million) preferred.
  • Cost and Schedule management work experience on projects over $250 million required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Controls leadership role for heavy civil/major infrastructure construction projects. Preferably for a General Contractor in the Pacific NW.
  • Detail-oriented and can manage working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
  • Ability to communicate through graphics and data.
  • Strong management and problem solver skills.
  • Prior supervisory experience/mentorship preferred.
  • Experience with multiple project delivery formats preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of capital project delivery for a public agency required.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and work location as well as market and business considerations.

Salary Range: $125,000-$175,000 per year
