This position reports into the Head of Brand & Shopper Activation and is based in Prague, Czechia.

What You Will Do

Professional Program Manager is responsible for creating meaningful relationships with HCPs that assist patients in choosing the right solutions recommending Kenvue products. Develops and executes HCP Value Proposition in line with global brand strategies.

Responsibilities

• Champion of Kenvue’s brands agenda for Healthcare Professionals in Czech Republic and Slovakia,

• Roll-out of global HCP strategy and toolkits,

• Executing education agenda for HCPs,

• Ensuring HCP advocacy for the given brands,

• Engaging and managing medical Key Opinion Leaders,

• Cooperation with professional associations and educational institutions,

• Managing HPC influencers community,

• Monitoring and improving effectiveness of the key activities,

• Support for the sales teams via content and training,

• Close cooperation with Brand Activation and Sales in CZ/SK and Professional Program regional teams (mainly PL and DE),

• Monitoring and evaluating competitors HCPs activations,

• Ensuring compliance within the scope of responsibility.

• Responsibility for budget and ensuring compliance.

• Other job tasks & duties set by the manager.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working with health or beauty brands,

• Educational background in healthcare will be an advantage,

• Entrepreneurial spirit,

• Experience in working with medical Key Opinion Leaders,

• Experience in digital marketing,

• Experience in cross-functional cooperation,

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

• Excellent analytical and reasoning skills,

• MS Office

• Project management,

• Fluent in Czech and/or Slovak and English.
