YOUTH SERVICES -- LIBRARY WORKER II -- YOUTH SERVICES DEPARTMENT (PART-TIME)

• 20 hours per week, including at least 1 evening per week and alternating Saturdays.
• Entry $10.05 per hour.
• Promoted employees receive their current rate plus $0.25 or the current start rate, whichever is greater.
• Includes vacation and sick leave. Under the direct supervision of the Youth Services Manager.

Duties:

• Reference assistance and readers' advisory for children, teens, parents, and caregivers.
• Assists customers with public computers and printing.
• Physical processing of children's books and materials.
• Assists with programming and outreach activities.

Education & Requirements:

Experience working with children and teens. High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, FBI background and Child Abuse Clearances before employment.
