Microsoft Corporation Training Program Manager, Learning in Multiple Locations, United States

As a Training Program Manager, Learning you will develop skilling plans that are essential for customer transformation in the AI era. Working closely with sales teams to ensure training and enablement is a key differentiator in customer's adoption of our platforms while helping meet sales goals. Your leadership in building learning and development strategies will enable customers to effectively utilize our technologies, including Azure Open AI and Copilot for M365. This role is vital in guiding customers on their AI journey, ensuring they possess the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customers : As a training program manager, Learning work closely with customers to analyze their training needs and create comprehensive training plans with a focus on Azure Open AI and Copilot for M365. These plans will empower organizations to swiftly adopt these technologies. Your role involves not only understanding technical requirements but also aligning the necessary training with strategic business goals.

  • Customer Relationship Building : Cultivate effective relationships with customers throughout their AI journey. As an executive communicator, you’ll engage with C-suite stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and demonstrating the value of AI solutions. Understand their unique requirements, translating them into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.

  • Pipeline Management : As a program manager, maintain a robust pipeline of training opportunities. Regularly forecast and track potential engagements, aligning them with strategic priorities of field sale steams and customers.

  • Strategic Insights : Provide thought leadership on the significance of developing technical capabilities with customers. Your strategic vision should encompass scalability, efficiency, and impact. Translate complex AI concepts into executive-friendly narratives, emphasizing Return on Investment (ROI) and competitive advantage.

  • Effective Communication : Whether through written reports or high-stakes presentations, your communication skills are critical. As an executive communicator, bridge the gap between technical teams and decision-makers. Clearly articulate the value proposition of AI investments, fostering understanding and buy-in at all levels.

  • Identify New Opportunities : Proactively identify opportunities for innovative training programs and investment areas . Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore novel ways to enhance AI adoption and drive organizational growth

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management o OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project managemet o OR equivalent experience

Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
