The Customer Service Rep I position will be providing patient support for front-end processing and product support for one or more pharmacy programs. The Associate Customer Service Rep I plays a vital role in patient satisfaction by facilitating their access to pharmacy care. This is a potential Temp to Hire opportunity. Ideal candidates MUST live within 100 miles Louisville, KY and able to work ONSITE for training and other meetings. Qualifications:

• Must be registered with the KY Board of Pharmacy (must be completed within 30 days of acceptance)

• Must be detail oriented with excellent data entry skills.

• Customer services experience minimum 3 years' experience

• Must be able to work independently and willing to be cross trained in other areas (including to be on the phones).

• Excellent attendance is a must.

Responsibilities

• All Associate Customer Service Representatives are responsible for accurate and efficient data-entry of patient demographics and case management documentation.

• Must be registered with the KY Board of Pharmacy (must be completed within 30 days of acceptance).
