Responsible for preparation and application of paint per specifications for a variety of rail components. Disassembly and assembly of rail car components as needed, general building, grounds and equipment maintenance, plus other functions as needed to support production. You will represent the company's values while maintaining quality standards, safety standards, records, and equipment. Willing to respond to production needs as they occur on the production floor. Comply with company guidelines to produce a safe and quality product. Self-motivated and able to work individually or with a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to take on other duties as required by manager to support production. Willingness to learn, good attitude and attendance.
