As a Test and Commissioning Engineer (T&C) with Siemens Mobility, you'll join our international functional test team within the Project Integration Center. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the operationalization of train protection systems in both vehicle and infrastructure systems, particularly in Metro Signaling projects executed by Siemens Mobility in Taiwan and internationally.

Your Skills and Experience

• Coordinate and organize commissioning and system/integration tests in collaboration with customers, projects, and internal/external specialist departments.

• Create commissioning instructions and test or inspection instructions in partnership with customers, projects, and internal specialist departments.

• Independently develop training documents and conduct internal and external training sessions.

• Independently carry out commissioning on customer systems and ensure proper transfer of train control systems into operation.

• Accompany assessments and support overarching processes in complex products and user projects.

• Conduct troubleshooting and error diagnostics in train control systems as part of complex overall systems.

• Maintain close coordination within the team and with all project stakeholders, leading teams in commissioning, system testing, and integration testing.

• Report daily incidents and test results through established channels.

• Actively participate in adjusting and improving quality management, processes, work instructions, etc., and share improvement proposals with the T&C Leader.

• Ensure compliance with methodologies and processes established by the T&C Leader to ensure timely reporting and storage of test information, including results and evidence.

• Serve as a liaison between local customers and offshore teams to clarify technical comments on installation, T&C documents, and other deliverables.

• Execute safety activities related to tests according to Safety & Assurance standards.

• Implement EH&S requirements on-site during testing activities.

Requirements

• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally for short or long-term assignments.

• Expected to participate in a 3-month training project abroad.

• Will be deployed in various projects in Taiwan and internationally, as required by Siemens Mobility.

• Availability for night shifts is essential during test and commissioning activities.
