Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Technical Program Analyst (multiple openings) in Highlands Ranch, CO to prepare program/project charter package documentation, compliance reporting, forecast updates, change controls as well as change and risk impact assessments. Maintain program/project level tracking and reporting of status, risks, budgets and forecasts, including explanations for variances. Maintain metrics to reflect progress for key initiatives. Work on positively influencing customers, vendors and stakeholders, and properly manage conflicting or divergent expectations. Improve team processes that accelerate innovation, reduce costs, and/or improve quality. Bring customer focused mindset with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities. Work effectively with virtual teams located in global time zones and with differing cultures. Position reports to the Highlands Ranch, Colorado office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a program analyst or project analyst-related occupation.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $96,600.00 USD to $149,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
